Shipping and Local Pickup

If you selected “Local Pickup” as your delivery option, you will be contacted about when and how to pick up your order. In case you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us so that we can arrange shipment.

Return and Refunds

Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to store@savannahmusicfestival.org within 48 hours of receipt.

Warranty

Savannah Music Festival (SMF) does not manufacture the products which are offered for sale on our website. Thus, SMF does not offer product warranty.
