Noon30: Germán López: ALMA [cancelled]

Seven years after his sensational SMF debut, bandleader and timple virtuoso Germán López returns with ALMA, a project comprised of musical collaborators performing his boldly original music. The timple soars above its assumed role as an accompanying instrument in his hands. Through ALMA, López connects listeners with flavorful melodies, rhythms and Canary Island “soul”.

Please note: Due to a scheduling conflict, Germán López’ ALMA will not be appearing at the 2024 Savannah Music Festival on March 29 and 30. However, this concert scheduled for March 30 at 12:30 PM has been replaced by Marta Pereira da Costa featuring Duarte. Any tickets purchased for Germán López concerts will be honored at the rescheduled/reprogrammed presentations, and can also be refunded by calling Savannah Box Office at 912.525.5050.
