Please note:

Concerts at Trustees’ Garden do not qualify for the Savannah Music Festival Explorer Pass.
No seating is provided to any Trustees’ Garden ticket holder, VIP or GA. All patrons can bring their own seating to this event.
All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges. Concerts are held rain or shine. Artists are subject to change.

General Admission FAQs

General Admission tickets include access to:

  • Trustees’ Garden grounds and scheduled concerts ONLY on the date of the scheduled concert you selected, either 3/25, 3/26, 3/29, or 4/2
  • A variety of local food trucks
  • Bars, concessions, and a free water station
  • Official band and festival merchandise
  • Family Fun Zone (Saturday and Sunday concerts only)

Can I bring my own chair?

  • Yes, everyone is encouraged to bring their own chairs. Blankets are also welcome. See below for the types of chairs allowed and not allowed

Where is the GA entrance?

  • The General Admission entrance is located at 10 East Broad Street near the Charles H. Morris Center venue. 
  • The Box Office is located at this entrance (see map)
  • The ADA entrance is located off Barr Street (see map)

 

VIP FAQS

VIP Tickets include all General Admission ticket benefits, plus:

  • Trustees’ Garden grounds and scheduled concerts ONLY on the date of the scheduled concert you selected, either 3/25, 3/26, 3/29, or 4/2
  • Designated VIP entrance to Trustees’ Garden at 660 East Broughton Street
  • Up close, standing-room-only VIP Viewing Area in front of the stage  
  • VIP chair zone in the VIP Viewing area on the lawn (space is limited)
  • Standing-room-only viewing area on the VIP Deck outside of the Metal Building
  • Access to the VIP Lounge is located inside the Metal Building. The VIP Lounge features air-conditioned seating and restrooms plus live stream from the stage so you never miss a note! 
  • Exclusive full-service bar
  • Complimentary snacks
  • Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages at the indoor VIP Lounge Bar
  • Two complimentary drink tickets for use at the indoor VIP Lounge Bar (drink tickets can only be used at the VIP lounge bar)

Where is the VIP entrance?

  • The VIP entrance is located at 660 East Broughton Street near the Metal Building at Trustees’ Garden entrance

Is there seating available or are chairs allowed on the VIP Deck or the Prime Viewing Area? 

  • The VIP Deck is standing-room-only. The VIP Viewing Area on the lawn allows for chairs (limited capacity) as well as a standing-room-only pit in front of the stage.

Can I bring my own chair?

  • Yes, VIP ticket holders can bring their own seating. Please note that the chair zone in the Viewing Area on the lawn is limited to a small section. VIP ticket holders may set their chairs up wherever they would like on the General Admission lawn.

Can I upgrade from a general admission to a VIP ticket for an additional charge?

  • Please contact the Savannah Box Office at 912.525.5050

What am I allowed and not allowed to bring onto Trustees’ Garden grounds?

  • Upon initial entry, patrons will be required to pass through security and all bags will be subject to search. Any items that are deemed unsafe or inappropriate, or are being used for purposes other than intended will be returned to the patron and the patron must dispose of the item(s) outside the venue before being able to pass through security again

Allowed items:

  • Blankets, mats, and/or towels (maximum size of 6’ by 8’).
  • One chair per attendee. No attached sun shades or footrests allowed
  • Bags that do not exceed 10” by 10” by 10” in size
  • Strollers
  • Non-aerosol sunscreen
  • Non-aerosol insect repellent (3 oz. or less)
  • Hats
  • Sunglasses
  • Empty, refillable water bottle

Not allowed:

  • Outside food or drink
  • Picnic baskets and coolers of any kind (exceptions may be made for medical use)
  • Aerosol containers (this includes sunscreen, insect repellent, and personal beauty products)
  • Umbrellas
  • Professional camera (with detachable lenses) and recording (photo, video, audio) equipment and accessories such as stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks, etc.
  • Drones or any other remote flying device
  • Hammocks and inflatable furniture of any kind
  • Pets (exceptions will be made for service animals)
  • Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, or carts
  • Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
  • Weapons or explosives of any kind
  • Illegal or illicit substances of any kind
  • Totems, rage sticks, or flags
  • Instruments, megaphones, horns, or noisemakers
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples, etc.

Where is Trustees’ Garden?

What is Trustees’ Garden like?

  • Trustees’ Garden is a large, open green space located between the Charles Morris Center and the Metal Building at Trustees’ Garden
  • Enjoy plenty of room to sit, stand, spread out, and enjoy all the facilities we have available including local food trucks, stay hydrated at our water station, and many activities and games at our fun zone

Where can I park my car?

  • Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at the City-operated Eastern Wharf Parking Garage located at 301 Passage Way. For more information about City of Savannah’s parking garages, please visit https://www.savannahga.gov/2516/Parking-Garages.
  • Bicycle valet is being provided by the Bike Walk Savannah at the corner of Bay Street and East Broad Street (see map)
  • We recommend using ridesharing services, carpooling, or public transit
  • The rideshare pickup/drop-off location is by the Eastern Wharf Parking Garage (see map)
  • Please do not park in the Pirate’s House parking lot by the General Admission entrance at 10 East Broad Street. That parking lot is reserved for guests of the Pirate’s House.

Are Disabled Parking spaces available?

  • Yes, there are 6 disabled parking spaces available close to the ADA entrance at Barr Street

At what time should I arrive at Trustees’ Garden?

  • Trustees’ Garden gates will open 2 hours before the first act’s showtime which is the time listed on the ticket. VIP doors open 10 minutes before General Admission doors.

How do I get my ticket(s) exchanged for wristband(s)?

  • All patrons will be required to exchange their tickets for wristbands upon arrival at the event. These wristbands are not transferable once placed on a patron’s wrist

What am I allowed and not allowed to bring onto Trustees’ Garden grounds?

Can I bring food or drink onto the Trustees’ Garden grounds?

  • No outside food or drink of any kind is permitted. Once on the Trustees’ Garden grounds, you may purchase food and drink from a variety of vendors.

Are chairs allowed at Trustees’ Garden?

  • NO SEATING IS PROVIDED AT TRUSTEES’ GARDEN
  • Due to the grade of the hill, patrons are encouraged to use blankets, mats, or towels at Trustees’ Garden
  • Chairs will be permitted with the following stipulation: ONE low-backed chair will be permitted per attendee. No sun shades allowed

Does my child require a ticket for entry?

  • Yes, all patrons, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter the venue
  • Children 5 years of age and younger receive free admission
  • Older children, 15 years of age and younger, qualify for a 50% discount on general admission tickets
  • Children must be accompanied by a ticketed adult (only 2 children allowed per ticketed adult)
  • All patrons, regardless of age, need to have a ticket to enter. This includes infants and children that qualify for free admission
  • Free or reduced-price tickets for children are only available in person at the Savannah Box Office at 216 East Broughton Street or at the on-site box office on the day of show. Tickets for children are subject to availability.

When is the FUN ZONE open?

  • Saturdays and Sundays at the Trustees’ Garden

Can I get cash at Trustees’ Garden?

  • There will be an ATM on the property

Is Trustees’ Garden wheelchair accessible?

  • The Trustees’ Garden grounds are wheelchair accessible, but please be aware that this is an outdoor event situated in a park, and most travel is over natural terrain. If it should rain, there will be mud in some places. We do not provide personal care, golf cart rides, push service, or wheelchairs for rent or loan. A powered device should not move faster than a person can walk. ADA-accessible entry can be found on Barr Street (see map).

Is smoking and/or vaping permitted?

  • Trustees’ Garden is a smoke-free campus. Smoking and vaping is only permitted in the designated area on the bluff behind Morris Center (away from the building)

What will happen in the case of inclement weather?

  • This event is rain or shine. Event managers will decide if and when storm delays are necessary for safety, in which case scheduling will be adjusted and announced. In the event of inclement weather, listen for announcements and follow instructions.

What will happen in the case of a medical emergency?

  • There will be on-site emergency medical personnel

What will happen if I lose a personal belonging on the Trustees’ Garden grounds?

  • A lost and found area will be located near the VIP entry near the Box Office at the Patron Information Station

Can I be a vendor?

  • We are no longer accepting vendor applications

Can I be a volunteer?

  • We have several volunteer opportunities available at this event. Please visit our Volunteer Page to apply

Do standard Savannah Music Festival ticket discounts and donor benefits apply to Trustees’ Garden tickets?

  • No, no discounts will be applied to any Trustees’ Garden event

Can I get my ticket(s) refunded or exchanged if I do not use them?

  • No refunds or exchanges will be issued to any Trustees’ Garden event for any reason including, but not limited to: failure of performer(s) to appear, changes in performer(s), or cancellation due to inclement weather.
  • Unused tickets may be donated back to the Savannah Music Festival, for which you will be issued a tax-deductible donation receipt. Donations need to be received 24 hours in advance.

Where can I pick-up will call tickets?

  • Prior to the date of the event, you may pick-up will call tickets at the Savannah Box Office, located at 216 East Broughton Street, Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM or at the on-site Box Office
  • The on-site Box Office is located by the General Admission entrance at 10 East Broad Street and by the VIP entrance at 660 East Broughton Street
  • The on-site Box Office will be open upon doors, 2 hours prior to the performance

What are my public transportation options?

  • The dot Express Shuttle offers fare-free transit throughout the historic district and runs every 10 minutes Monday through Friday 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. Learn more on their website: www.connectonthedot.com
  • Chatham Area Transit (CAT) provides numerous paid services around Savannah and its suburbs. A map of all services operated is available at www.catchacat.org

Can I bring my service animal with me?

  • Trained service dogs in ADA-specified services are allowed. Savannah Music Festival does not allow animals providing emotional support, comfort, or therapy

Can I leave and come back? 

  • No, there is no re-entry.

  • Ticket prices are subject to additional service fees and handling charges
  • Standard Savannah Music Festival ticket discounts and donor benefits do not apply
  • Patrons of all ages are welcome. Tickets will be required for all patrons, see Box Office for children’s tickets
  • Patrons will be required to exchange their tickets for wristbands upon arrival at the event. Wristbands are not transferrable once placed on a patron’s wrist
  • There is an online limit of twelve (12) tickets per order. To purchase over 12 tickets, please call 912.234.3378 x111
  • The resale or attempted resale of tickets at a price higher than that appearing on the face of the ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. Only Savannah Box Office tickets will be honored upon entry
  • All patrons are subject to search upon entry
  • All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance; however, acts and performance times are subject to change
