The great dobro player Jerry Douglas grew up listening to the music of Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs, and he always wanted to play it, except that he was a couple of generations behind. In 2012, Jerry created a band that could not only pay homage to the legacy of the Foggy Mountain Boys, but they could do it with integrity and authenticity while having a great time in the process.
