- How do I pick up my VIP Wristband?
- Your VIP Wristband will be available for pick up at the SMF pop up shop located at 402 East Broughton

- What do I get access to with my VIP Wristband?
- Up to 30 general admission shows
- Patron Hospitality Zones
- Concierge service at venues

- Where and what are the Patron Hospitality Zones?
- Patron Hospitality Zones are located at two different venues (Little James and Municipal Bar) where you can hang out and relax in between shows.
- Those with the 2-Day Wristbands will have access to Little James
- Those with the 3-Day or 6-Day Wristbands will have access to both
- What time are the Patron Hospitality Zones open?
- Municipal Bar: 2 PM – 6 PM
- Little James: 4 PM – 10 PM
- How many times can I get into the Patron Hospitality Zones?
- As a VIP wristband holder, you can visit the zones multiple times per day. However, each individual will only receive one free drink and bite per day.
- How do I get information on the discounted hotel rates?
- Keep an eye out on your email! We’ll continue sending information and updates for the festival including any reservation links and codes.
- Do I get special seating?
- The VIP wristband does not get you special seating. All seating at general admission shows will be first come, first serve.
- What time should I show up to the shows?
- Keep in mind it’s general seating, so if you go earlier, you’ll have more options. Don’t forget to look up your show’s locations, as well as the best travel route.
- Where are the concert venues?
- We’ve got a few key concert venues across Savannah for the festival. Please refer to the map below for the venues, as well as where the Patron Hospitality Zones can be found.
