Antonín Dvořák Piano Quintet No. 2 in A Major, Opus 81
In the series finale, we hear music from more Romantic Era geniuses, namely Schumann and Dvorak.
The concert begins with Schumann’s popular Piano Quartet in E-Flat (another ravishing slow movement to savor), before closing with Antonin Dvorak’s barnstorming and celebrated Piano Quintet in A Major. Altogether a rousing and joyous conclusion.
