However, we are not able to achieve this alone. You are integral to our success because ticket sales cover only 36% of the cost of producing fabulous concerts. By supporting the Savannah Music Festival with a tax-deductible contribution, you are helping produce more than 100 outstanding performances each spring; exposing more than 19,000 students to world-class music; and enhancing the economic quality of the Lowcountry. You can feel good knowing you are associated with a Festival that is uniquely soulful, southern and sophisticated as well as the largest performing arts event in Georgia!

Annual Giving
Tax-deductible contributions to the Savannah Music Festival provide unrestricted operating support, helping to make possible the Festival's youth educational programs, free community musical events, and a multitude of ticketed performances of unparalleled, world-class quality.

Special Events

Matching Gifts
To promote charitable giving, many corporations match the gifts their employees give to non-profit organizations. If you work for a company that participates in a matching gift program, let us know. Savannah Music Festival files all paperwork for you and recognizes your support at the combined donor level.

Appreciated Stock
Gifts of appreciated stock are a valuable way to make a contribution. As a donor, you receive a charitable income tax deduction for the full fair market value of the stock or mutual fund and are, thus, able to avoid capital gains tax.

Endowment Fund
Your 100% tax-deductible gift to the endowment fund ensures a successful and vital future for the Savannah Music Festival. By contributing to the endowment fund, you are giving a gift to the community over and over again, enhancing the musical experiences of others for years to come.

SNAP (Smart Noise Awareness Project)

Oh SNAP! (Sorry, we couldn't resist.) What the heck is SNAP? In a nutshell, it's a "cultural membership" that allows folks in their 20s and 30s (and those young at heart) to take a more active role in Savannah Music Festival, the largest music festival in Georgia, conveniently located right here in your neighborhood! (By the way, the odd-but-strangely-catchy acronym stands for the Smart Noise Awareness Project. Smart Noise...that's us.)

Is SNAP for you?
Do you like to meet new young, culturally aware people? Dig music? Well, then you might like to join. And good news for you cost-conscious folks, it's only $45 a year (tax-deductible, too!) As a member you receive numerous special privileges, including invitations to year-round music events; unique social opportunities; group seating at concerts during the Festival; plus more to come.
