Formed in 2001, bluegrass sextet and family band Cherryholmes is one of the most promising acts in contemporary bluegrass. Their first two recordings were nominated for GRAMMY® awards, and they were the International Bluegrass Music Association's "Entertainer of the Year" in 2005. Cherryholmes' concerts are a spectacle, incorporating twin fiddles, expert picking, tight familial harmonies and even clawhammer banjo/fiddle and yodeling.
