Keith "Robby" Robinson, a founding member of the Miami String Quartet, has been active as a chamber musician, recitalist and soloist since his graduation from the Curtis Institute of Music. His musical family includes siblings Sharon Robinson (Kalichstein- Laredo-Robinson Trio) and Hal Robinson (principal bass, Philadelphia Orchestra). Currently a faculty member of Florida International University and the Kent/Blossom Music Festival, he spends much of his time touring with the Quartet and playing chamber music. Mr. Robinson's recital debut in Savannah features two of the greatest cello sonatas ever written.
