Chick Corea and John McLaughlin created two of the most explosive and distinctive bands melding rock with jazz, Return To Forever and the Mahavishnu Orchestra. Their music fused energy, spirituality, and emotion with improvisation and rock music. The Five Peace Band is the first time Chick and John have joined forces since they were members of Miles Davis' band 40 years ago. With the addition of saxophonist Kenny Garrett, bassist Christian McBride and drummer Brian Blade, The Five Peace Band is poised to elevate audiences with new and thrilling music.
